Official Rules

1. Sponsor.

The drawing is sponsored by Clarity Research, LLC, 781 Cardinal Drive, Brevard, NC 28712.

2. Sweepstakes Period.

All entries for the drawing must be received as a completed referral no later than September 14, 2007. A 'completed referral' is defined as being a completed signup survey, including referrer's email address, by the referee.

3. To Enter.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. OPEN ONLY TO U.S. RESIDENTS (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS) WHO ARE CURRENT MEMBERS OF POWERSPORTSCONNECT. ALSO VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen or postage due entries or mail, or for any problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic, including, but not limited to, computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or terminate any sweepstakes in the event of any such problem. Sweepstakes entries are the property of Sponsor.

4. Prizes.

Three prize winners will receive a $250 Best Buy card. If by reason of any error (relating to electronic transmission, technical or human errors or otherwise), more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in the applicable Sweepstakes Survey, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing for the number of prizes as stated.

5. Drawing; Odds of Winning:

Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received by the applicable deadline. Drawing will be held September 20, 2007. Odds of winning are based on the number of returns. Each PowersportsConnect member can enter multiple times, depending on how many successful referrals he or she makes. Currently there are roughly 1,000 PowersportsConnect members.

6. Awarding of Prizes.

Winners of the Sweepstakes will be notified by mail, email or phone within 15 days of the drawing. Winners may be required to complete a registration form, which will include an Affidavit of Eligibility. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days after receipt of registration form. Prizes are not transferable. Non-compliance with these Official Rules or Terms of Service or undeliverable notification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Eligibility.

OPEN ONLY TO U.S. RESIDENTS (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND THE US VIRGIN ISLANDS) WHO ARE CURRENT MEMBERS OF POWERSPORTSCONNECT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter, you must be over 18 years old at date of entry. Employees of Clarity Research and members of their immediate family are not eligible. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

8. Conditions.

A. Sweepstakes are governed by these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and understand that all decisions regarding the Sweepstakes including, but not limited to, winner selection, will be made by Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is not responsible for (i) lost, late, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible, incomplete or postage due mail; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or misused. B. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its clients, the entities whose names or brands appear in any Sweepstakes Survey, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates, representatives and agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions and proceedings of any kind arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. C. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, relating to any prizes awarded or not awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in North Carolina by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees. D. Offer void where prohibited and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

9. Winners List.

To receive a list of winners of a Sweepstakes, send an e-mail request to Sweepstakes Winners List and specify Winners List and the prize. Or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Clarity Research, P.O. Box 866, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48303-9913, Attention: Winners List
